mailing, media advertising, internet, handouts.
- Arrange and coordinate open houses for the
public and real estate community.
- Monitor the market response to your home and
advise you on any necessary adjustments.
- Keep you informed along the entire way.
- Assist you in evaluating offers for your
property.
- Assist you negotiating a contract.
- Assist in the contingency removal process
after contract and leading up to settlement.
- Accompany you to settlement.
- Keep in touch after the sale.
