In addition, because our house had studio space, your expertise in understanding how to market our house was even more important in being able to identify a buyer. In an age when the word "Professional" is often used in a very loose fashion and all too often not deserved, you are among those rare individuals who clearly meets and exceeds the meaning of the word "Professional."
